Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a separate email notification when your order has shipped.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available in the carrier’s system.
Didn’t receive your package?
If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us with your order number and full name, and we’ll investigate the issue promptly.
